Change your life in 10 easy steps

In order to change your life, you have to change your energy. if you are living with energy of hate, frustration, failure, depression, guilt, shame, your life will produce the events and circumstances equal to your energy. In order to bring changes in your life, you have to recondition your mind and body and free yourself from negative emotions that you feel every day.

These are the 10 steps you can use to change your energy. from negative emotions to love, gratitude, abundance, wealth, prosperity, and long term happiness.

1] Change your environment

Environment is the invisible hand that shapes human behavior. If you live with toxic people and your environment is negative, you will become the same as your environment.

If you have toxic people in your life, then try to remove them from your life.negative people are dangerous for your emotional health and mental health. Try to spend your time with people who are your true well-wishers.

James clear author of the book ” atomic habits ” describes the importance of environment in his book. The environment has a huge impact on all aspects of your life. If you really want to change your life, start with changing your environment.

2] Let go of your past and start living in the present moment

If you live by emotions of the past, you will only create the same experiences of the past. To create new events, opportunities and relationships you have to forget your past. you have to stop feeling the emotions of your past, and there is only way to do it is by living in the present moment. Let go of all the excuses and limitations of your past.

3] Have a clear vision

You must have a goal, a clear purpose in your life and you must define yourself by that purpose every single day. Start taking action for your purpose. If you don’t know what is your purpose then take some time off from your life and ask yourself before you sleep every night. The answers you seek are always within you. What is your vision? ask yourself continuously. Never tell yourself I don’t know my purpose. ask yourself questions, because questions opens your mind and statement closes your mind.

ask yourself. Can I be defined by a vision of the future? What do I want in my life? as you begin to think about the answers to the question you make your brain to find out the answers.

4] Read lots of books

Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. Habit of reading books not only can change your life but can transform your life to the next level. Every successful person in the world reads one book a week.

Start reading with self-help books like “think and grow rich, the power of your subconscious mind, psycho cybernetics” etc. These books will completely open your mind. they will show you your real superpower and your other-self. after reading some self-help books you can start reading books related to your goals.

What consumes your mind, controls your life. Fill your mind with books and apply the knowledge of books in your life. your life will change miraculously if you create the habit of reading and start applying the knowledge.

5] Meditation

Take some time out of your day to disconnect from your world. Shut your cellphone off, turn your TV off. Sit your body down for a few minutes and close your eyes. Take some breaths and try to bring your attention in the present moment. If your mind makes noises, it’s normal. Just become aware of it and keep working on settling yourself back down into the meditation. When you bring your mind into meditation, you make your brain fire in new sequences and new patterns and new combinations. Thats the beginning steps of changing your life.

When you connect to the present moment in meditation you are disconnecting from your past and creating your new identity.

6] Define yourself by vision of the future

Feel the emotion of your successful future, what’s the future is going to feel like when you accomplish your goals. Rehearse in your mind the happy and beautiful events of your future life. Things you have to do, the choices you have to make. Review them over and over again. visualize your future self in your mind.

7] Invest in yourself

If you want to invest in something with minimum risk and guaranteed big return, invest in yourself. When you invest in yourself, you invest in your future. Never hesitate before investing in yourself. invest in things that can improve yourself as a person e.g. invest in books, courses, seminars, traveling, learning skills, etc. you will get 100X of your investment in future. what you sow today you will reap tomorrow.

8] Exercise Daily

Create a habit of hitting the gym at least 30 minutes or workout at home with pushups, chin-ups, and pullups. Workout is a natural way to release dopamine which is a feel-good hormone. Dopamine helps in reducing depression and anxiety.

all successful people and high achievers have a habit of exercise. Intense Exercise also boosts testosterone hormone in men. Having high testosterone level is like having a superpower. High testosterone level boosts your confidence, self-esteem and makes you more macho.

9] Create a healthy diet plan

You are what you eat. You cannot get a good body shape by just exercise. You must eat right and healthy to gain shape. Food not only affects fitness but it has some control over your mood. Eating junk food can give you depression and anxiety issues.

Eat natural food, veggies, fruits and avoid artificial sweeteners and sugary products. Fast at least one day in a week. It eliminates all toxins from your body and strengthen your immune system. 10] Act of kindness

Be nice to people. Maybe it’ll be unappreciated or ignored, but spread the love anyway. we rise by lifting others. this will change your energy, raise your vibration and gives you an inner peace. be more kind to people around you. Talks with kind words. Help poor people in any way you can. Remove hate, anger, jealousy and other negative emotions from your heart. Don’t watch any negative news, porn or things that lower your vibration.

Follow all these steps. Create this your daily routine. It is not hard to adopt. It just takes a little amount of will power. If you successfully adopt these habits in your life you will definitely change your energy. when you change your energy you change your life.
