The term “mind” used in Eckhart Tolle quotes means the unconscious behavior or unconscious conditioning of mind. The term “mind” is not used in the sense of the normal meaning of our brain. So, don’t get confused and don’t compare these quotes with other author’s quotes.

If you think from your past memories you can only create past experiences. When you recall past memories and traumas, you are actually feeding your mind and body with past energy. now you are vibrating on the frequency of past and will attract the same experiences as past. If you want to remove past traumas from your life you have to start living in present moment. you have to raise your consciousness in the present moment.

What happens when you let go of things that you can’t control? you don’t waste your energy in controlling situations. You develop inner power by letting go and space is been created in your life for something good to happen.

Meditation has many forms. People have created the image of meditation sitting down with eyes closed. Breathing consciously is also a meditation. The state of mind without thoughts is meditation. Becoming aware and consciously observing thoughts is meditation. You don’t need to sit down always for meditation. you can do meditation at any time.

You will see your real self when you start living in present moment. When you connect with now, you will develop the power of now unknown to you in your life. you are real you in the present moment.

When you think of future worries and past memories all the time, you create anxiety depression and all other forms of mental diseases. These diseases cannot live in the present moment. Realize deeply that present moment is the moment of freedom. It is free from past and future. it is the only alive moment.
