Remove all those cues from your life and you will start to notice the change in your behavior.

4] Change your Environment

Environment is the invisible hand that shapes human behavior. Environment has a major role in forming your habits. That’s why they say “you are the average of five people you spend the most time with”. Environment means, Your friends, family members, your house, and people you hang out with. Spending most of your time with someone literally causes you to adopt their habits. choose people around you wisely. Make your environment suitable for the habits you want to adopt. e.g. If you want to create a habit of reading books, then don’t place books in the bookshelf or a place where they are not easily visible. place books on the most eye-catching place in your house so they are easily visible and will remind you of your reading habit. Make your environment favorable for your good habits. Paste motivational quotes and stickers on walls related to your desired habits or behavior.

5] Visualise Yourself With Good Habits

Visualization is using your imagination to see yourself being, doing, and having the good which you desire. Visualization clarifies your mind concerning the good which you desire. Visualize yourself with good habits that you want to adopt. e.g. If you want to create a habit of exercise, Visualize yourself in the gym doing weight training or cardio. Visualization programs your mind for doing the tasks that you are imagining.
